At Swap-O-Rama-Rama you are the artist. We have an open call for artists to join in and teach a workshop, perform or run a sewing station.

Teach a Workshop at Swap-O-Rama-Rama
If you are a recycling visionary who can resuscitate landfill into useable items, a fashion junkie who can transform a pile of old shirts into a prom dress, a hack who can make welcome mats from old sneaker soles, or just plain great behind the wheel of a sewing machine and would like to help out, your energy will be celebrated at Swap-O-Rama-Rama. To participate send us an email and let us know what you’d like to teach.

Show Off Your Recycled Wearables
If you’ve created recycled wearables and would like to inspire others with your creations, take them down the Swap-O-Rama-Rama runway. To get on the runway send us an email with more information about your pieces and you.

Run A Do-It-Yourself Station
If you are a seamstress, costume designer, jewelry designer or just plain good behind the wheel of a sewing machine, consider spending an hour at the swap helping others by manning a sewing machine. Of if your a glue gunner or hand sewer join the Decoration Station where buttons bows and every bell and whistle gets added to garments. Theres also an iron on station and silk screening station that always need volunteers. To volunteer send us an email with information about you and your skills.

Performance
If you have a performance that embodies the swap vibe: recycle, DIY creativity, non-consumerism, feel welcome to perform at the Swap. All mediums are welcome: film, musical performance, poetry, comedy, etc.. Submit your idea by sending us an email.
