For our first batch of swag we received 40 clever little greeting cards and some very nice ready to frame broadsides that we plan to offer as door prizes, from The Permanent Collection, a letterpress and design studio in Des Moines, Iowa. The Permanent Collection, started in 2006 by Sarah McCoy, offers cards, invitations, announcements, broadsides and artist books. Everything is handmade and letterpress printed between the rolling hills and river valleys of Iowa.
McCoy received a Graduate Certificate from The University of Iowa Center for the Book in 2006 with an emphasis in Artists’ Books and Letterpress printing. Currently she is the owner of the company located in Des Moines, Iowa.
